yay. eldest brother managed to get another internet connection ever since my second brother cancelled it.
well. the weekend without parents felt alright la. just bit lonely when im at home. and had to switch on the radio when im trying to fall aslp in the middle of the night. haha. so gay i know. and i thank god for not raining and having lightning and thunders... haha. if not i guess i'd probably die even without being struck by it.
met up with charmaine, grace k, cheryl, gladys, and shazleen on sat night. wow. it's been damn long since we lastmet up with eveerybody. haha. cool. seeing grace again was cool and fun and happy. =) and we went to sing at this karaoke place at katong shopping center. gosh. i havent tried singing all english songs in one session before. hahaha especially when we're singing songs like from spice girls. it was damn fun. haha. but sigh the rain after the session kinda spoilt the mood and all. and we all had to return home. i waited for the stupid cab for like almost 45 min. was quite pissed off man. haha. but anyway, i reached home safely in the end.
these 2 days at work had been tiring. because it was practically killing my brain cells. yesterday morning i had a one hr and 45 min lecture on rheumatoid arthritis. wa. with all the qns popped by the pharmacist... i was practically dying. well, thats because there were only 2 students altogether! me and another new girl. how gay i know. felt rather stupid as she knew much more than me. i promise to study before the next lesson starts. HMPH.
and this morning. since 930 to 1pm. it was the computer system training. on how we type in prescriptions and use all the tools inside and type the drugs and all. omg. it was disgusting. one reason because it was bloody long and bloody heavy in content. next was because... i was the only pharmacy tech whose in class with another 19 pre-registered pharmacists... who are 4th year pharmacy students from NUS. i felt dominated of cuz! and i did feel stupid. hahaa but after that, thruout the hwole session, i found that i was like the only one who kept asking qns and all.. clarifying all my doubts for the past 1 mth. i started wondering... is that the difference between a poly student and uni students? hmmmm, or am i really stupid? haha. poly students tend to ask more qns i feel. i don't know. hahahaha just curious.
why cant more poly students go uni? i seriously think local Us suck. they might as well close down. only feeding those who's doing damn well. wad abt those who didnt? then they've nowhere to go as they're damn poor. and they'll just continue to get worse in their grades. wad the hell. suck it la. sigh.
anyway. jeff got his pay today. =) and he brought me to this cafe called the grapevine place. it's near serangoon shopping center. wow. hehe. the place felt damn good. and only couples go there la. how GAY. the food there was not bad, cheap and the floral tea called 'pink rose' that i ordered. omg. it was splendid. it was the first time im drinking some tea like that and i thought it was good! haha. i wouldnt mind just going back to drink it next time. only cost 3.90 bucks. not bad right. haha. how sweet was my boy. =) he went online to look for a nice place to bring me to. well, it made me very happy though. =)
anyways... im going to bed. gdnight!
