rainy sunday

boo. the rain is making everyone moody huh. it had been raining for like almost a week already la.. non-stop kinda rain.

but.. hmm i feel that it's still a blessing somehow.. cuz it makes ppl appreciate the days with the sun around. =) and the day without the rain would be so much more enjoyable.

Arts fest finally ended. with a grand spectacular in the end. heard the crowd was so great. =) im glad. now it's finally a time for shahirah and huijing and Sin Eee and even Gowri to take a good rest. hehe. the booths were great. though bit messy here and there.. and some hiccups. This Arts Alive has made all the other clubs look at us in a different light, compliment from TPSU and the lecturers of our school.. that AS has become SO colourful. yeap. all our hardwork, our sweat. All 3 months of efforts, had not been in vain. =) envt proj was another blast! though it's not as publicized, but pinning up almost 3000 tin cans together to form a structure.. i believe this was another spectacular sight for this whole week. =) and Thank god, another 2 projs down.. a few more to go.. this years club members are strong. haha. though some are really getting on my nerves that we've yet to address. haha it's okie. i'll just look on the bright side.

hmmmm. time to think for my future. went to attend talks by NTU at the suntec convention hall yesterday, with jeff deb and meli. ha.. i realised, i really want to go uni la. really want to further my studies. sigh. but money really matters huh. now im at a crossroad.. not sure if i should just apply straight and see how first, or go and start work and earn money first. my biggest fear is that i may just lose the interest to study after working for quite sometime.. and if that happens.. i'll be stuck being a pharmacy technician for the rest of my life. thats not wad i wanted. but.. ever since last night till now, i dun have the courage to bring this up to my parents.. cuz i cant bear to see the pressurized face they'll have when they feel that, they cant support my studies any further. im sad. time to grow up i know. i really wouldnt mind if i could work and study. but.. would i earn that enough amount of money for each year to get by? im not sure of that. Double degree in biomedical sci and tcm. last 2 years of sch would be spent in Beijing to study chi medicine. that sounded lame, but it would serve as a great exposure for me. i seriously dun mind going for it. but whether i have the grades, and money to get in, that would be another matter. sighhhh. how?? im not sure. sighhhh.

going to finally cont with my mp and sip logbook later. had not been doing for the whole week cuz im just too tired to do anything by the time i get home. not even much of a watching of tv. i just slp. think im deprressed.

alright.. i'm going to do work now. cya.

hi grace!! (: i think there are a few options. Firstly, you could talk to your parents about it and see what they say. I'm sure you guys will be able to work something out. Secondly, you can take on a study loan / scholarship from the uni. Try for it! Thirdly, get a study loan from the bank and repay whilst working & studying! Fourthly, and the last resort would be to work then study. But you're right. It would be very difficult to start studying after such a long time. Bring this up with your parents and work it out babe! i love you. *~grace
