Before bed melody

I was browsing at clar's blog and i saw the video made by her graduating students.
it was like ultra sweet?
i am sure this was the best leaving present for the teachers to show their appreciation.
i know i'm damn random!

the thought about students having dreams, wanting to make an impact to others when they grow up, is really inspiring.
and that made me feel even more sure that, i want to be part of qss, to make a difference to students in a way or another.

recently, i was interviewed by this lecturer in AS, who's curently doing up ASc magazine.
it was a long chat about why and how i came this far.
Why have i not stopped being in asc.
that actually stirred up alot of thoughts in me.

i talked about how i moved up from sub to main com, then mentor, then advisor.
it really wasnt easy?
and she asked, what was my drive? and who inspired me.
I said, I want to make a difference in kids today, that even if they're not academically good, they can do something for people, for themselves.
and the whole load about leadership training, community awareness and other politically right answers.

and shortly after, edmund boy happened to walk past and he got grabbed into the interview.
since he is one of the current main com, and one who ran for the second time.
after hearing his thoughts and why he's running again, proved my point.
yes, it is about make a difference, and his reason was very simple, seeing others learn and benefit from the programme / activities that we create, he felt happy.

Precisely my point.
we don't need to make huge impact on people.
we just need to make that little difference and watch the younger ones grow.
I think i'd do well as a teacher if i'm able to teach. haah!

feeling really encouraged.
and me too, would like to pursue my dream.
at least giving it a try. and see how it happens. qss shall be the platform.
